Smartview error

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) Question

Smartview error experienced by user

They are on HFM 11.1.2.4 and smartview version 20.200 (recently installed). The HSTbar is in the correct location Oracle/Smartview/Bin

but when user opens up any spreadsheet with HFM formulae he gets the message as per screenshot above.

He has uninstalled and re-installed smartview but unfortunately same error appears.

When logging onto someone elses PC with his userID via Teams and opening the same spreadsheet there are no issues.

Any ideas how to resolve for this user?
