Oracle Database 19c revision version for R12.1.3 on 64bit SLES 12

Running R12.1.3 on 64bit SLES 12. Need to upgrade current Oracle Enterprise database version 11.2.0.4 to 19c.

Need to know which stable revision of Oracle database 19c should we upgrade to, and which Patch delivers that ?

Per "2580629.1 - Interoperability Notes Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 with Oracle Database 19c Dec 2021" Appendix A Footnote 1 - Patch 33192793 is the Database Release Update19.13.0.0.211019 (Oct2021)

However per  "2683670.1 - Previous Oracle Database 19c Release Update Database Patch Lists for Oracle E-Business Suite Feb 2022" - Patch 33186812  is for October 2021 Patches for Oracle Database 19c Release Update 19.13.0.0.211019 for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3  .

  • Is Oracle Database 19c Release Update: 19.13.0.0.211019 the latest certified release for R12.1.3 ?
