Updating perl modules on Oracle Linux 8 with Oracle Linux Manager

I've been working to develop an Oracle Linux Manager to support our Oracle Linux 8 systems. I've been able to deploy both a remote mirror and Oracle Linux Manager on a Oracle Linux 7 server, and gotten a couple of test Oracle Linux 8 systems connected to the point where I can deploy updates successfully on command except for five perl updates:

 Errata Update: ELBA-2019-3337-1 - perl:5.24 bug fix and enhancement update

 Errata Update: ELEA-2020-4802-1 - perl:5.30 metadata for the RHEL 8 module matrix

 Errata Update: ELEA-2020-4767-1 - perl:5.30 metadata for the RHEL 8 module matrix

 Errata Update: ELBA-2021-1871-1 - perl:5.30 bug fix and enhancement update
