Failure Analysis

We have a requirement of setting up Failure analysis for our client. I did the setup as per the document https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=2345769.1&displayIndex=5#PURPOSE

I have also set the S/WM constant for “Use Workflow for Approving Failure Analysis for Re-Use”.

I tested the setup by entering the failure codes, analysis code and resolution code on a work order. As per the document if Failure analysis is entered using P17766 application then by default the status is 2-Approved-Reuse. However, when I searched the work order in P17766 application, the work order is under status ‘
