Global Absence Entry Validation Fast Formula

Hi All,

Requirement- Changes are required for one absence type Sickness. If the same type of absence entry is added as of 8th consecutive calendar day (including weekend) or working day and can be recognized as continuation of Sickness leave. Following error message should appear: "The system recognized this absence entry might be a continuation of previous sickness."

We need to verify if there is Sickness absence entry in past 7 days along with Public Holidays, Weekend Offs (which can be different for different employees).

There will be multiple scenarios:

E.g. 1: Employee is trying to schedule absence for 5 days Monday to Friday. Previous Saturday, Sunday was weekly off. Friday was Public Holiday. And Thursday employee has taken Sickness leave. We need to allow only 3 days of absence.
