Excel Crashing while using Smart View

What would cause Excel to close when a user changes cells using their mouse in a Smart View form? When they tab or enter after entering data, it is fine. But if they click with their mouse to a new cell, Excel crashes. They have the latest version, and everything else is up to date. All the same specs as other user's computer. Any ideas? Thanks.
