Executing Cycle Count Open interface API creates duplicate entry

Hello All,

Need your help here. While running the program "Import item count entries from open interface" to update cycle count entries from the interface table, I notice that there is new record created in the mtl_cc_entries_interface and mtl_cycle_count_entries tables with same count_list_sequence. Both records are marked as Exported in mtl_cycle_count_entries table, but the original record Entry Status Code value remains 1 (uncounted) while the newly added record has value 5.

The issue comes when if for eg. the same inventory item is entered manually via Cycle Count Entries form, the user gets the error
