Get error when try to silent install of grid 19.3.0.0

Every time I run follows command :

/opt/grid/gridEE/19.3.0.0/gridSetup.sh -silent -waitforcompletion -responseFile /opt/grid/gridEE/19.3.0.0/xxxx_grid.rsp

I get follows error:

CAUSE: No additional information available.

ACTION: Contact Oracle Support Services or refer to the software manual.

SUMMARY:

- java.lang.NullPointerException.

Refer associated stacktrace #oracle.install.commons.util.exception.AbstractErrorAdvisor:742

Although I've add he environment variable : CV_ASSUME_DISTID=OEL8

there is no change in the process.

Any Ideas what I can do in addition ?
