EM 13.4.0.5 on Windows Server 2019.

Pre-requisite step for OMS 13.4 Patch for Bug 33672721 is update OPatch to 13.9.4.2.8 

During the OPatch install the following errors occur on screen:

 Feature Set : oracle.glcm.opatchauto.core.wallet.classpath

The install operation failed.
