SMC console keep loading in 21.12,SMC page not showing

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

Hi

recently we have upgraded our application from 19.xx to 21.12 all the activities as part of Patch upgrade completed successfully. all other configuration is also completed on new environment.

after successful upgrade we see strange issue that SMC is not loading and keeps rotating for long time. all other applications are working fine. only SMC is having an issue.

Any suggestions please?
