Employee makes additional contribution to HSA during the year
Our employees frequently have extreme overtime during a storm or outage and we encourage them to make additional contributions to offset their taxable income and fund the HSA account during those times. At this time we are making the adjustment via Payline entry to override the calculated annual contribution/pay period.
Some employees want to front-load the HSA account and make large contributions the first 6 pay periods and this is also completed with an override in the payline entry. Is there an automated way to process these instances instead of payline?
