Agile 9.3.6 Product Service Request Bug: Superadmin user promoting PSR to closed

Hi All,

Have you encountered this issue in Agile 9.3.6 PQM where in system user superadmin promotes PSR from Approval status to closed without any reason. This bypass all the validation and approvals causing lot of pain for our Users. We have raised SR with Oracle Product team but no solutions have been offered yet.
