Windows 2012 R2. x64. weblogic 12.2.1.4

We are getting vulnerability Oracle WebLogic Server CVE-2021-45046, CVE-2021-44228. The latest January patchset for weblogic 12.2.1.4 was installed last week.

The doc says install patch 33691226, but when I tried it failed as it is a subset of 33727616.

And when I tried to install 33727616, it says it is already installed (and it was part of the January patch). Please assist.
