Dependents are not populating while trying to choose them to cover under Benefits Program

I had created an Unrestricted program with some plans. And for the plans i had attached options as well(emp only, emp +partner). For thoseoptions under the plan level-Allowable dependents section also i had added the respective dependents for each option. When trying to run the plan and trying to choose spouse/wife for the employee + partner option, the dependent name is not populating. could you please help me regarding this
