Insert takes too long

Good day! I have a performance problem with an insert, the last time it was executed it took 20 hours, the owner of the process tells me that this is an acceptable time, not so for the current execution it was executed on Monday and it has been close of 48 hours in execution and it does not finish, could you help me to validate why it is taking so long?, I appreciate the support and I am attentive to your comments. OS Linux ONe IBMz Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.10 (Santiago) oracle enterprise version 12.2.0.1
