How to Delete a Project in Project Costing? Project added in Error (Peoplesoft FIN).

We have accidentally created project 123 under BU- ABC. All projects should be coded to BU XYZ. Is there is a way we can delete projects because we commonly have typos when creating projects? Also suggest any work around that could be if we could push this project from ABC to XYZ. Let us know? What is the best pratice.
