Greetings,

We need to update the latest patch for Jan 2022 for windows x64 but on oracle support its not available for windows X64. as you are aware about Log4j vulnerability.

I open service request on oracle support and its more than 20 days still we did not able to finalize it. can some one from Oracle community can help us to resolve this issue.

Please find the below our database version and some more details.

Database Version

: Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production Windows X64.

I Try to update the patch # 33695048 but its failed it request to update the pre requisite patch #[33261817] but this patch #[33261817] still not available on Oracle support for windows X64 server.
