PA WebAdi Spreadsheet -Uploading Cost-Does Not Recognise HR: Security Profile to restrict Project

We have operating model of ONE Operating Unit and 5 different business units.

For each of the Business Units we have separate Responsibilities created with HR: Security Profile associated with the Responsibility so that only Project Owned by respective Business Unit is available to each of them.

This setup works perfectly fine on Standard Form Application, however we have noticed that when we try to use WebAdi Spreadsheet to upload cost, on the Project Number field, system doesn't restrict the List of Projects to Project owned by the respective business unit, instead it shows full list of Project Numbers.

On Expenditure Organisation Field, the List of Project Owning Organisation is restricted to the Business unit, so it seems to be working on the Expenditure Organisation field, but not on the Project Number Field.
