Is it possible to connect the OTM mobile app to the IOT FM mobile app?

Problem:

Currently driver has to start OTM mobile APP first then start IOT FM mobile APP.

Sometime they do not start both or either. We are looking for one APP solution, where in if we confirm shipment in OTM mobile APP, a call to be send to IOT FM mobile APP to start automatically instead of manual intervention or vice versa.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
