The instructions for the Java SE patch for Windows x64 for EM 13.4 have an error and are unclear in step 6:

...

6. Extract the zip file to get jdk-8u321-windows-x64.exe. Launch the exe file, Enter the folder name as <OMS_ORACLE_HOME>/oracle_common and complete the JDK installation.

It will create jdk directory.

We can copy the same JDK directory under central agent home as well.

...

The Java installer does not create the new jdk folder and will give an error if a new empty folder is not created and selected. You need to create the new jdk folder and select this.
