MOS Fix Script Running Over 12 Hours

Hi All -

Wondering if I can get some help here. We are working with MOS on a Sev 1, where they have provided some data fix scripts. This is an EBS instance (12.1.0.2) and the problem is with GL balances. So, some fairly large tables.

The script is running for over 12 hours. Here is the very basic explain plan I pulled from SQL Developer:

I know this is not a lot of details thus far, but I will provide some more as the day progresses. Just looking for anything to understand, at a basic level, what may be going wrong.
