Employee enrollment thru Self-Service

Hello,

I am planning to enroll employee March 1st, my current setup allow employee's benefit will start from April 1st i.e. next month. There is a special case and I would like to enroll the employees benefit to start from March 1st either thru employee self-service or benefit center. Can someone advise how to do achieve this?
