GoldenGate 12 Extract/Pump Checkpoints

We recently tried to roll over to our DR LPAR on one of our IBM I LPARs. We are using Mimix to replicate between Prod and DR. And we also use Golden Gate to replicate between IBM I and Oracle/AIX. After we rolled over we were able to restart the Golden Gate Manager and Pumps. However the Extracts and Replicats on the IBM side were not running. We verified that checkpoint tables are replicating as they should be. And there was a connection between the IBM i and Oracle/AIX system.

We think that a Begin command may be needed to start the Extracts and Pumps. But we wanted to ask Oracle if there are any other Check Point tables or files that may be hidden in the system libraries which are not replicated by Mimix or Golden Gate. Any suggestions would be helpful as we are looking to test this system again Saturday Feb 5th 2022.
