Compatibility Matrix GG with Oracle Database 19c

Hello.

We plan to upgrade the databases from 12.1.0.2 to 19c within an environment that has also Golden Gate configured.

The version of GG is: Version 12.2.0.1.170221 26375168_FBO

My questions would be:

1) Is 12.2.0.1.170221 GG version compatible with Oracle Database 19c?

2) Can the source and target databases (both Oracle 12.1.0.2 now) be upgraded in different periods of time (for e.g source database A upgrade 'today' and target database B upgrade after 2-3 weeks)?
