RPAS server installation of 16.0.3.240

While performing a full install for RPAS 16.0.3.240 on a new server, I notice that I was not given an option to choose a DomainDaemon port number. Why is this option not available during to me during the RPAS server installation process. I can't continue with the build out of the Domain environment if I have and DomainDaemon port number. It does ask me what a path for the SSL Store but nothing to set the port number. Previous RPAS server installations involved assigning a port number during the process.
