AP voucher

Is it possible to track the changes the AP voucher after Payment is made? We would like to know when (what date) the pay status was updated to approved (before it was paid). Unfortunately after the , the date and time information, etc. are overwritten with the information from the payment program. We haven't activated CFR11 to track changes by the AP table.
