How does Oracle Primavera Schedule Cloud calculate Costs?

I have made a test project in OPC for testing various issues including Costs.

Everything seems to work as expected, except for the Actual Cost on Activity 294A highlighted below.

I would expect the Actual Cost to be kr.440 as the Actual Units are 440h and each Unit has a rate of kr.1.

Have any of you got any idea why this is not the case?
