Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Which 19c version of DB is best fit & trouble-free for EBS 12.1.3

We are planning to upgrade our EBS DB from 11.2.0.4 to 19c. So we wish to understand which version of 19C is stable & trouble-free with EBS 12.1.3

Based on the real life experience, could you please advise.
