Same application ran in different environment has different result on interactive grid.

Hi,

I currently am using APEX 19.1 on Oracle 19C.

I have an application on my development box and I exported/imported it to my Test box. Everything was running exactly the same but one of the interactive grids I have in a page was giving me a problem.

In Dev box, and this is the expectation:

User could enter multiple rows in this IG and I will check for the ID they entered. If duplicated ID found, I will return error saying duplicated ID found. Let's say the user entered 5 rows, each with ID: 1234, 1234, 1234, 1234, and 1234. Since there were 4 errors of dup IDs, none of the row in the IG was saved. The user need to change the 4 IDs in order to save all these 5 rows at a time successfully.
