Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

Trying to upgrade database from 12.1.0.2(ODA) to 19.12. I get the followings errors:

[root@sestodb80 19.12]# odacli upgrade-database -i 52a50f7e-0aa0-4e02-b852-fbd71b27d92f -to 91ca8876-fd06-4551-8759-f146f420e3ed

DCS-10045:Validation error encountered: The following databases are not configured: [WT2C]
