AD & TXK Upgrade to version 13 Issues

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

As part of our EBS 12.2.3 DB Upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 19c we are required to apply TXK & AD 13 on the application tier (12.2.3).

3.2 Path-B: Existing Release 12.2 customers (below AD-TXK 13 codelevel)

3. Apply the latest embedded application tier technology patches on the patch file system.

a. From a separate session, source the patch edition environment file.

b. Run MT-ETCC checker.

c. On the patch file system, apply the latest application tier technology patches doc in Section 4: Application Tier Technology Patches and Bug Numbers - Doc 1594274.1


* In the following line it is explained why I need to install all patches in the patch file system
