Announcement: Disabling previous years RTI Processes Patch released
An additional patch listed below has been released to disable the RTI processes which are no longer relevant. Once the patch is applied, the processes will be disabled. Hence it is recommended to apply the patch around end of April 2022, once the processing is completed for the current tax year 2021-2022.

Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 moved into Sustaining Support on January 1, 2022. There is a "Business Critical Fixes and Limited Updates for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3" offering, also known as "Market Driven Support", available to UK Payroll Customers still on Release 12.1. All UK Payroll Customers still on Release 12.1 will need to purchase Market Driven Support (MDS) in order to download and apply the patch.
