running db tier scripts in multitenant

Oracle 12.2.3 E-Business Suite 2 apps tiers shared file system on 19.10 RAC database Oracle Linux 7.9

Two env files. PDB.env and CDB.env

What environment do i source to run scripts?

  1. I just tried to run the 19c Upgrade analyzer script. It did not connect to the database for most of the output. It say's it wants to be run on the db tier as the apps user.
  2. UTLRP , ADDM,
  3. Rman
  4. Autoconfig
  5. Anything that has to be run from the database tier.

I ran Rman ok sourcing the CDB.env. It's hit an missing with the other scripts.
