Delegate Approval Transactions in Worklist

Hello,

We are currently using Peoplesoft 9.2 on Image 33. I have a question regarding the expected behavior of the approval workflow for a supplier registration that's resubmitted for approval.

For example, let's say User A clicks Request More Information on a supplier registration on 1/1/22 - he then goes on vacation and setups his approval delegation to User B from 1/2/22 to 1/20/22. The supplier updates the registration and re-submits for approval on 1/4/22 (where the registration status changes from Request More Information to Pending Approval). Will the email notification be sent to User B about this re-submitted registration? Will User B see this resubmitted registration on her Worklist?
