JAS database failure

Hi,


We are having an intermittent issue where the users are seeing a pop-up with below error.


JAS_MSG346: JAS database failure: [INEQUAL_SELECT_COLS_FROM_UNION_TABLES] Different number of select columns coming from tables in Union.

The HTML logs have the same and nothing more, neither does the JDE logs.

Anyone have an idea on what this error means.


Our JDE setup is as below:

JDE 9.2

TR 9.2.5.2

WLS 12.2.1.3.0

Oracle Linux 7

Oracle 19c
