Oracle Exadata Upgrade- Challenges

Dear Experts,

I have a question regarding Exadata upgrade issues.

At this stage we run 2 different business applications on 2 different X5 environment.

Now, we want to purchase Exadata X9M-2 Rack and move all X5 databases on X9M Platform.

Actually, only thing we need to do is to predefine exact quantity of nodes and cores per node.

Cause environment is very critical we really don't want to face some performance issues after upgrade.

So, is there any tools like "Oracle Database Replay" what helps us to predefine the right X9M configuration(for example number of nodes, cores, RAM.. an so on) and avoid performance degradation?
