How can I configure/generate mass triggers for all employees back to July 2020?

On PS 9.2 PUM40, how can configure and generate mass triggers?

We created a new absence take in July 2020. Unfortunately, our absence configuration had some errors in it and we have finally isolated and rectified the problem.  ALL our absence-enrolled employees (approximately 3000 employees) are affected by this configuration error. Rather than create individual retro triggers for each employee, how can I create a mass trigger to force the absence calc to re-calc all these employees since July 2020?

I've reviewed the Oracle documentation on Mass Triggers but I am still unclear how to configure the mass trigger & the sql to reprocess the entitlements and takes to produce a balance, and how to execute the mass trigger.
