Create Physical Standby Data Guard database

I have my Production Exadata environment which is up and running. I want to create a Physical Standby Data Guard database for it on another DR Exadata system. The problem I have is that my DR Exadata is NOT exactly on the same patch level as Production Exadata. I have already scheduled patching on DR Exadata through Platinum Services but it will happen in mid-March and I don't want to wait till then to create my Physical Standby Data Guard.

So my question is : Can I create Physical Standby Data Guard database on Version 19.9.0.0.0, using Primary database with Version 19.13.0.0.0 ? Is it technically possible ?
