Upgrade E1LOCAL in deployment server from 12c to 19c

Hello,

We are performing a tools upgrade from 9.2.2.4 to 9.2.5.5 on Windows2019/SQL Server2019. All current documentation for installing the E1Local database refers to the installation of Oracle DB 12.2 (by updating the CAB files) and use the Oracle E1 client 12.1.0.2.

Is there any guide specifically to upgrade E1Local to 19c?
