Custom Schema Setup to Access TCA APIs

Hello,

is there a standardized script or instructions for setting up a custom schema for a third party system to connect to and execute the TCA APIs? We do not want to give them access to APPS to access the TCA APIs.

I've tried setting one up myself but keep running into issues accessing objects and other privileges. SQL Trace helped a lot with many tables and packages, but not I get ORA-01031 and the trace file does not contain the error or associated code.

Any help setting this up is appreciated. Thanks,
