I have blocked port 22 with UFW and now cannot ssh into instance.

I accidentally used ufw on my instance the other day and accidentally blocked port 22. This means that I cannot ssh into my instance. Is there another way that I can connect to my instance another way? That way I could run a command to disable ufw and unblock port 22.
