Slowness in Opening Web Client from Fat client

Hi,

We have a new fat client installed when trying to open the localhost it is taking about 5min to open. Issue is with all the fat clients. There is no error in the jde.ini/jas.ini/jderoot.

After 5min it opens and works fine.

Weblogic was installed with 32bit java.

Welogic Version-12.2.1.3.

Application Release-9.1

TR-9.2.4.5
