Auditing 19c database schema

Dear Oracle,

I would like to be advised how to audit my schema all tables? select, insert, update and delete.

Oracle DB server is on back end and support a website. There is a web server between public users and Oracle DB server. Can Oracle auditing see public user's IP?

The servers are on MS Windows
