Ksplice key error

Hi There,

I recently registered an Oracle Linux server version 7 with ksplice. When I try to run "uptrack-upgrade -n" command it gives me an error. I have pasted the error below:

"Could not connect to the Ksplice Uptrack server with your access key."

"Please check that the key in /etc/uptrack/uptrack.conf is valid."

I validated the key multiple times and it appears to be the right key. Any idea what I'm doing wrong here!!
