WIP_REQUIREMENT_OPERATIONS_V table does not display all materials in the work order

We have a work order that has 16 material requirements (2 inventory items and 14 direct items). However, if we query the work order from WIP_REQUIREMENT_OPERATIONS_V, only 3 materials display in the result: 2 inventory items and 1 direct items. Please see below:

When running query:

select * from WIP_REQUIREMENT_OPERATIONS_V where wip_entity_id = 300810. Only these 3 display:
