Released Retention

Is there a table that stores released retention information? I see the retention held in F43121T but I don't see anything in that table that indicates it was released. I know it gets posted in the F0411 once it's released but I don't see anything in those records that relate the released retention to the original held retention record. I'm trying to compare what was released to what was held and compare that to the F0911.
