AR how to Avoid AR Tax getting copied to Intercompany AP invoice though Config owner is different

Hi , 

AR Tax getting copied to Intercompany AP invoice though Configuration owner is different . 

we dont want AR tax to be copied to Intercompany AP invoice 

Party-Specific Configuration fro AR Tax regime i.e. it is not shared with with AP through AR Tax Regime Tax getting applied on Intercompany AP invoice
