ERP Username does not exists or password is invalid

Hello All,

I have installed CCG on database 19c (Non container) and weblogic 12.2.1.4 . Both database and weblogic are a fresh install. While configuring the ERP with CCG, I get the below error in the CCG configure page

ERP Username does not exists or password is invalid

1) Tnsping from CCG to ERP is successful and vice versa

2) Validated apps and system password in EBS (database 19c and EBS R 12.1)

3) Below is the error in the ccg log file
