siebel IP20.12 Porduct Configurator Snapshot Mode

Hi Community,

Five month ago we made migration from Siebel 8.1.1.14 to IP20.12, and once done we set the same server parameters in order to mantain Product configurator Snapshot Mode enable.

We checked all the server parameters in both versions, but the Snapshot Mode does not work correctly in IP20.12. Also we follow the tunning guide seeting al the recomended parameters but the behavior of the environmet still showing that the snapshot mode is not working.

The expected behavior is:

  • Once a user customize a product in Product configurator this prodct have to be in the server cache for another user sessions in order to avoid long load times.
