How to escalate an existing SR?
HI,
I'm unable to escalate an existing SR.
- All required information is present in the SR within template ******************* Request Management Attention *******************
- I have called the Oracle hotline. Our delivery manager has also called the hotline.
But the service request still has the status "never escalated"! What's wrong?
I just cannot get through the assigned support engineer in India, which is not helpful at all!
